The first instruments I made where flat back mandolins, then my friend and master luthier Marshall Dow made a mandolin like a baby jazz archtop and I ripped off the idea cause I though it was so good.

I made many cock ups on this but it still came out well. Looks good really cuts acoustically and it has an active PU in the bridge which works really well too.
